Crab Doku stores puzzle progress and settings on your device so the game works offline. When cloud backup is available, an anonymous account synchronizes progress. Connecting Google or Apple makes that backup recoverable on another device. The provider supplies an account ID and may supply your email address and name to the backup service. Email address and name are used only for account functionality, not pacing analytics.

Play Games and Game Center provide platform nickname, avatar, achievements, and leaderboards. Crab Doku does not display raw platform player identifiers.

Google AdMob provides native mobile ads, and Google Ad Manager provides optional rewarded ads on the web. Crab Doku requests non-personalized mobile ads. A production mobile Coin Cove video earns 30 coins only after Google verifies the completed video and the server records the grant; cancelling or failing it never changes the coin balance. An optional native gameplay video grants one Heart, Logic Hint, or Undo, or one of the three video credits required for Skip, only after the same verification; closing or failing it grants nothing. A Daily catch-up video unlocks only the selected missed day after the same secure verification; it does not grant coins or repair an on-time streak. Test rewarded inventory stays device-local. Production web rewarded inventory grants the selected Heart, Logic Hint, Undo, or Skip video credit only in that browser because Google does not provide the same server verification for web inventory. Google may process device, advertising, diagnostics, and ad-interaction data under your consent choices. If the store offers Remove Ads, it disables banner and between-level ads but leaves optional reward videos available by choice.

To improve level pacing, Crab Doku records only the level and content version plus starts, finishes, restarts, exits, heart losses, and the type of help used. The event itself never contains your board cells, proof details, display name, email address, or platform gaming profile. With cloud backup active, your cloud account ID fences uploads to the correct account, supports distinct-player counts, and lets deletion remove those records. Operators review aggregate level trends, not named player profiles. Random session and installation codes keep retries accurate; the installation code may connect play from accounts used on this device. Deleting an account removes that account’s pending records from this device and its server pacing records. Otherwise, pending records older than 90 days are discarded when Crab Doku next runs, and server records enter scheduled deletion when they reach 90 days.

You can manage recovery from Player Profile or permanently delete this player from Settings under Account. Presentation settings and celebration animations remain local.
